Project Overview

The Portside Office Tower in Cape Town is a landmark development recognized for its innovative design and sustainability.

The project commenced with product design and computer-aided simulation in September 2012, followed by a phased product delivery starting in March 2013, which concluded in early 2014.

At the time of its construction, the Portside Tower was notable for being among the five largest buildings in the world to utilize LED-only lighting, reflecting a strong commitment to environmental efficiency and modern building technologies.
